37th Annual EAU Congress

With one final postponement from spring to summer, the Annual Congress finally came to Amsterdam two years late. Online-only registrations were also made available. With travel restrictions still in force and (for some lucky people) summer vacations, attendance did not yet reach pre-pandemic levels. Introduction of new, concentrated four-day scientific programme.

Statue

To mark the return to Amsterdam after 1990, Prof. Frans Debruyne was honoured with a statue of his likeness, as founder of the EAU Central Office. The EAU’s 50^th Anniversary Year was officially kicked off.
